Chef Moises was able to bring the dream of owning his own restaurant to life in November 2013. The Tiny Turtle opened its “Food Truck Style” window during the annual art show in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Inspired by his Grandmother and Mother’s Puerto Rican cooking he has created his own unique flavor that he describes as Caribbean Fusion Cuisine.
In just 6 short months the opportunity to expand surfaced and over the last 4 years The Tiny Turtle has evolved into one of the top full-service restaurants in Cocoa Beach, according to Yelp and Trip Advisor. The days of being the husband and wife duo along with their young son has expanded to include a full staff of kitchen and serving employees. We are humbled and thank you for the continued love and support of our small family restaurant.
